My name is Jim Rogers and I have been certified in Food Safety Sanitation since 1986. I am a graduate of Manchester Community College and Johnson & Wales University (Culinary Arts). Currently I am certified as an instructor and proctor for ServSafe, National Environmental Health Association's (NEHA) Certified Professional Food Manager's Program and a certified train the trainer for Spot Check Allergy Classes. Over the years I have been teaching and training in all aspects of the food service industry and I find it very rewarding. Working the last 37 years exclusively in the food service industry allows me to teach and share some very unique experiences.
