My name is Jim Rogers and I have been certified in Food Safety Sanitation since 1986. I am a graduate of Manchester Community College and Johnson & Wales University (Culinary Arts). Currently I am certified as an instructor and proctor for ServSafe®, National Environmental Health Association's (NEHA) Certified Professional Food Manager's Program and a certified train the trainer for Spot Check Allergy Classes. Over the years I have been teaching and training in all aspects of the food service industry and I find it very rewarding. Working the last 41 years exclusively in the food service industry allows me to teach and share some very unique experiences. This has led me to provide the best ServSafe® training CT and the surrounding states has to offer.
